About Elevatus Coaching

Hi, I’m Danny DeJesus, founder of Elevatus Coaching and a proud member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) since October 2025.

Before Elevatus had a name, it was how I lived my life. I spent more than 20 years in the United States Air Force and Space Force, training leaders and helping teams reach big goals. I thought I had everything figured out—until my own life fell apart.

Divorce, court, losing everything I owned, and almost losing hope—it was the hardest season of my life. But I kept going because my two daughters were watching. I wanted them to see that even when life breaks, you can rise again.

That’s how the Elevatus C2R2E framework was born. It’s a path I built from my own story:

• Elevation

It means learning from the hard moments, facing the truth, finding peace again, taking back your power, and rising stronger than before.

Now, through Elevatus Coaching, I help people do the same. I work with parents who want to co-parent without fights, leaders and professionals who feel burned out, and anyone ready for a fresh start.

I use my Master’s in Education, my years of leadership, and my real-life experience to guide every step. My coaching is honest, caring, and focused on real growth.

Because when you rise, you don’t just change your own life—you change the world around you.
