About Elevatus Coaching

You are not starting over. You are starting from strength.

My name is Danny DeJesus. Before Elevatus Coaching had a name, it was how I lived my life. For more than 20 years, I served in the United States Air Force and Space Force. I trained leaders, helped teams, and worked on big missions. I thought I had all the tools I needed. But when my own life began to fall apart—divorce, custody fights, and losing almost everything—I had to learn a new way to lead.

I had to lead myself. I went to court to stay in my daughters’ lives. I rebuilt after losing my money and my home. I kept going because my two daughters were watching. They are the reason I did not give up. They saw me rebuild my life and my peace. They are why I chose not just to survive, but to rise.

Through that pain, I learned something new. The focus and strength I used in the military could help people in their own hard times. I began helping others for free—people going through divorce, custody, or rebuilding their lives. Soon I saw that my story and my scars could give hope.

That is how the Elevatus Principle was born. It is a path I built from real life. I call it C2R2E: Collapse, Confrontation, Realignment, Reclamation, and Elevation.

  • Collapse: when life breaks apart—divorce, loss, or betrayal.

  • Confrontation: when you face yourself and your choices honestly.

  • Realignment: when you turn your life back toward peace and values.

  • Reclamation: when you take back your voice, your time, and your power.

  • Elevation: when you rise again, stronger and clearer than before.

Today, through Elevatus Coaching, I help people who are ready to rise from the wreckage. Parents who want to co-parent without fights. Leaders who look calm on the outside but feel heavy inside. Men and women who have been through heartbreak and want a new start.

I coach with honesty, kindness, and strength. I bring my Master’s degree, my years of leading, and my personal story. But what makes this work different is that I have lived it.

I believe every person deserves tools to live a life that feels true—not just a life built to survive. And when you rise, you don’t just change your own life. You change your children’s lives, your community, and more.

If something inside you says, “I can’t keep living like this,” you are not broken. You are being invited to grow. When you are ready, I am here. Together, we will rebuild from the inside out.
